But after years of trying with the various inexpensive brands I just spent over $1,000 on three pairs of glasses at Lens Crafters and they’re all great. The lenses are better, the people in the stores are experienced professionals who have often been working there for years, and I can return the glasses for just about any reason. And I can get the same frame in many colors so I can have glasses that fit and are easy to tell apart. That’s worth the money to this half-blind nerd. I love the staff at this store. They’re friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve tried the discount brands and I always end up back here. It’s worth the premium pricing.
