My glasses are back in action and there was no charge! He also gave me very helpful information for scheduling an eye exam. Would definitely recommend this location!

Somehow its cheaper to buy a whole new pair of lenses and frames, than just replacing the lenses on perfectly usable frames that I liked. On top of that I went in after they said they were ready and there was a giant bubble in the lens of the new sunglasses that made it impossible to see out of. How this wasnt caught at the Lab or by their store employees before having me come in to pick them up is beyond me. There is no quality control. They have the highest prices in the business, and the worst quality. Now that they had to get sent back to the lab there is suddenly supply chain issues and they don't have a new date or ETA on when they expect to be able to have my new glasses in that I paid over $300 for.
