  TERRIBLE!!! Horrible experience with them said my medication would be filled on Saturday Jan 17th by 3pm I show up Sunday Jan 18th at the 10am and he says they still haven’t filled my media plus not recommended coming here at ALL! He then proceeded to tell me someone didn’t show so he can’t even begin to fill my prescription TRASH TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

  Quick, professional service. I have never had to wait for them to fill the meds as long as I wait for the phone message.

  lady came out of her lunch break not finishing her 2nd jumbo kfc bucket gotta wait a bit longer next time after lunch break, then another lady who can barely speak english came up. HIPPA VIOLATION EVERYWHERE

  I don't think I've ever had worse customer service than at this pharmacy. Multiple times they've told me a script will be ready at a certain time and it wasn't ready. Then they act like I'm the problem. They are rude and everyone there acts like they hate their life and they're taking it out on you. Last time I had to come back twice because my script still wasn't ready and when I came back the final time, they had filled it but lost it. I watched while the entire staff searched the whole pharmacy and they could not find it. Obviously they have iron clad systems in place. They were not apologetic, they simply justified it with "We've had to give so many vaccines, we don't have time to fill prescriptions." You are a pharmacy, yes??? You don't have the luxury of "not having time to fill prescriptions"! And it does seem you managed to fill my prescription, you just then promptly lost it. All of this could be very easily softened with a smile and some kind, apologetic words of accountability. I have transferred all my prescriptions to Alive and Well in the old Pharmaca location on N. Broadway and they are fabulous! I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.
