  Jennifer does a great job with Yoga Sculpt! The class is fun, high-energy, and motivating. She encourages you to challenge yourself, and you leave feeling stronger every time.

  I love Y6 Arapahoe. The community and teachers are great and I’ve made lots of friends since I’ve been going there. The studio is very clean and welcoming and is great for yogis of all experience levels. My only wish is that there were more class times. Highly recommend checking this studio out.

  I love this place. A friend invited me and I finished a sculpt yoga class with her and knew I wanted to keep coming. The staff is so nice: the front desk is always kind and knows my name. The teachers are so wonderful. I work so hard and have seen improvement in my cardio health and muscle definition. I thank the teachers for their amazing routines with variety and challenges for improving my mental and physical health. I’m so thankful for the variety of classes and the evening classes on the schedule.

  I love this studio. This is my community; the staff, teachers and other students are welcoming and kind. The vibe is bright and inclusive and the classes are fun challenging. I especially love Jennifer’s classes! She is a warm light, her instruction has brought my practice to new levels and I am glad to have this studio as part of my weekly fitness journey.   Love it here so far!! Everyone has been so kind, and I love the class offerings. I have been looking for a studio I liked as much as my old one before I moved to Colorado, and finally have found one🩷
