- PBPhil BAug 24, 20262.0I have been going here for years and the doctors are always nice but I will stop going here because of a negative experience with somebody named Lisa. The doctor told me to talk to the front desk to see when I could get my glasses because my insurance had a waiting period. The people at the front desk were busy so I left and did not wait and decided to call in at a later date. Lisa answered the phone and was extremely annoyed that I even called in. She was not able to help me at all and just told me to call my insurance company like five different times and was annoyed that I was even asking questions. All I needed to know is when my last pair of glasses was purchased because I had to wait a full year to get the benefit this year. Simple information that should be readily available. I ended up hanging up the phone and will buy glasses and get checked somewhere else from now on.

At first we thought he was super nice and helpful but he did not measure her face right and wasted a good 3 hours of our time. When we went to pick up the glasses, we told him that they did not fit and he blamed it on the manufacturer; when he did not measure her eyes right, according to the doctor herself. When she came back, he was very rude and gave her bad treatment over needing a refund for the $250 glasses that don't fit. Also, he scratched the frames while trying to force it to be a different shape for her face. She's been looking for new ones for awhile, so this was unfortunate. Will not return.
