  Everyone goes above and beyond for their patients. Shona especially is a delight to be around and always goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of.

  Not too sure whats going on. several times I was given a very hard time by the rude older lady with long white hair that i havent been set up yet. I was told to come back, i havent finished treatment. I was hospitalzed because of severe pain multiple times, I moved, i needed more time on my own to recover and thought a new location would help. It is my first time here. Either way I am covered with insurance and was guided to come back to MVPC because of ongoing pain and symptoms. I shouldn't have to explain myself or prove myself multiple times with private details. My PT stood up for me, the entire front deak and my PT were witnesses to the situation, myself and the PT explained the situation many times so I am not sure why before and after leaving the older lady with white long hair was constantly harassing me. It felt very unwelcoming, unnecessary and like she just wanted to continue to harass me because she doesn't like me for no reason. It is my first time here.. felt very discriminatory and unnecessary. I am an athlete i have had to do PT many times, this is the first issue I ever had like this it seems very strange, I am covered by insurance and many times was told specifically to come back to MVPC.

  After my car accident, I started treatment at Mountain View Pain Center for my injuries and pain. I have been working with Shona, and I couldn't be happier with the care she provides. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Shona has helped me make significant progress in my recovery. She explains everything clearly, makes me feel comfortable during each visit, and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. Her positive attitude and dedication have made a difficult time much easier for me. I am very grateful for the excellent care I have received at Mountain View Pain Center, and I highly recommend Shona to anyone seeking chiropractic treatment and pain relief.
