  Not too sure whats going on. several times I was given a very hard time by the rude older lady with long white hair that i havent been set up yet. I was told to come back, i havent finished treatment. I was hospitalzed because of severe pain multiple times, I moved, i needed more time on my own to recover and thought a new location would help. It is my first time here. Either way I am covered with insurance and was guided to come back to MVPC because of ongoing pain and symptoms. I shouldn't have to explain myself or prove myself multiple times with private details. My PT stood up for me, the entire front deak and my PT were witnesses to the situation, myself and the PT explained the situation many times so I am not sure why before and after leaving the older lady with white long hair was constantly harassing me. It felt very unwelcoming, unnecessary and like she just wanted to continue to harass me because she doesn't like me for no reason. It is my first time here.. felt very discriminatory and unnecessary. I am an athlete i have had to do PT many times, this is the first issue I ever had like this it seems very strange, I am covered by insurance and many times was told specifically to come back to MVPC.

  Me sentí en un ambiente muy agradable donde el personal se encuentra siempre dispuesto para que tu paso por la clínica sea lo mas a meno posible gracias al doctor y la señorita shona por hacer de esta una experiencia amena en medio de tanto caos después de mi accidente una ves mas gracias

  My adjustment went very well for my first appointment. And Shona was very kind and friendly with my massage I’m very thankful and definitely will recommend!!
