- JBjessica bluhm2 days ago2.0The AI sent me around in circles. Tried to ask for a pharmacist but would not listen. Sat on the phone for 10 minutes just arguing with the AI before I was able to get in touch with an actual pharmacist. Need to update system. However the customer care was great.

I have never experienced such levels of outstanding and consistent customer service at any other establishment in any industry ever. Smiles, awareness, helpfulness, going above and beyond. I would like to especially recognize the folks who check me out when picking up my prescription.
