- WWWoodrow WhitJan 6, 20265.0I can’t say enough great things about the new management team at this GNC location. From the moment I walked in, Beth made me feel genuinely welcomed with her warm, friendly greeting. She was professional, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable about the products, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The difference compared to previous visits is night and day; there’s a clear and positive shift in the overall atmosphere of the store. It feels organized, upbeat, and customer-focused. It’s great to see such a strong turnaround at this location, and I’m looking forward to continuing to shop here and support the new team.
- DCDennis CampMay 6, 20241.0Supposed to open at 10am. Gave it 10 minutes and still not open. Not even the interior lights were on. Called and recieved a recording stating the associate is busy helping a customer while looking through the window and no one is inside. I left and called back 30 minutes to recieve the same message. My first time at this location and definitely my last.
- CHCorey HallerSep 2, 20231.0Zero stars if possible… hours online 7pm for Saturday’s closing, hours posted at store 6pm…. Show up at 4:15 locked up tight and all the lights are still on… waited for 15 mins thinking maybe someone is preoccupied with the facilities… yeah
