- ESElektra Steblen6 days ago5.0Everyone at the Aurora location is so friendly and easy to talk to. Deborah is a wonderful intro class instructor and I will definitely be returning to take a full class with her in the future. Most importantly all of the pricing and studio policies are clearly provided by staff and listed on their website. The app is easy to use and convenient for scheduling classes. It is also nice that there is only a 3 month commitment when signing up and it is very easy to cancel. I’m new to Pilates and haven’t joined a gym/ studio in 15 years. This was a great experience and now I’m a member.

- MPMadison PAug 4, 20261.0This place tries to get you sucked in with a three month commitment, that wouldn’t be a problem if you could get into the classes. Classes that fit around my schedule are always booked! Take your business elsewhere and go to a Pilates studio were they actually value the people. I’ve called three times to cancel my membership and each time they have been super rude to me And said someone will call me back ,That has yet to happen….. I’m very disappointed in the customer service as well as them not having a limit on people who join the club! No way you should be paying 250 a month and not getting into any of the classes you wanted!
