- MPMadison PettisOct 11, 20255.0hands down THE BEST barre studio in Denver! The classes are consistently challenging, fun, and dynamic. The space itself is beautiful—exposed brick and natural light. Plus I always get a good burn—the guides are movement experts, friendly, and FUNNY. I usually get an extra ab workout from their commentary along the way. If you wanna leave a class feelin sweaty, unstoppable, and HOT, then this is the studio for youuuu.

The instructors are fantastic and always keep the workouts fresh, so you are guaranteed a fun and hard workout. Plus, the owner has created an inclusive and loving culture. The teachers are super accommodating and helpful with modifications and every class I’ve taken has been so vastly different! As an ex-dancer, Barre Forte has been able to fill my void and I’m so happy I’ve found this spot to let go at!

The studio is BEAUTIFUL, the instructors are all top notch (be prepared to get your booty kicked!), and the workouts are the perfect complementary cross training for endurance athletes. I'm long time runner with overuse / imbalance issues, and barre classes have helped me a ton. I'm hooked!! Oh, and they have the cutest retail shop and make shopping way too easy! Parking is actually pretty easy too. There are always spots (and FREE) just across the I-25 pedestrian bridge on Central.
