  Does not honor their word. I chose to buy compression socks here to support a local business instead of just ordering online, even though I live 30 minutes away and it's located no where near where I would normally go. I bought 5 pair of socks specifically because the staff who sold them to me said I could return them as long as they were not opened. I tried to return 3 pair today after 2 weeks, only to be told they do not offer returns, only exchanges. The socks went too high, and folding them over was not comfortable after several hours of wear. There is nothing else I need there for $150, so I wanted them to honor the other staff's information. This person told me that the "no return" policy was "all over the place" for staff and they should know. There is not one sign or other information posted for customers anywhere. Had there been, I would not have bought 5 pair. The first person even charged me the 3% credit card fee even though I paid with a debit card. I didn't make a fuss because she seemed like she was having a hard time ringing everything up. And it was not worth an hour roundtrip drive for $7. Very disappointing. So much for forgoing an easier, cheaper, and more convenient buying method to try to support a local business.
