The Crisis Walk-in Center (The CWIC, pronounced “Quick”) provides crisis stabilization services 24/7 to individuals in the Morongo Basin and surrounding areas. It is voluntary, offered 24/7, and is an unlocked setting with a stay of up to 23 hours. Located in Yucca Valley, the CWIC assists people of all ages experiencing significant emotional or psychological stress who are in need of immediate access to mental health services. The CWIC can accommodate as many as 12 individuals at one time. It is open 24 hours all year long.
