  I have been a patient of this business for over 10 years. My hearing aids have been maintained to their utmost capability. Audrey ( Chico Office) has been fantastic in keeping my aids working their best. Very courteous also.

  I am someone who has been wearing hearing aids for many years. My experience at New Wave in Chico has been such a pleasure. Aubrey who works behind the desk and manages the office is very good at what she does. She makes you feel special. The lady audiologist that helped me was gifted and on my first visit her adjustment of my hearing aids improved my hearing (I'm guessing) by 20%-30%. I was so discouraged about my hearing before the appointment. I was delighted, thankful and felt it was an answer to prayer after the appointment. Thank you. Larry

  went in with an odd request, im not even a patient here at new wave and was immediately helped and greeted by Maleya, I needed to figure out what type of battery i needed and to be honest was a little embarrassed by it even. But she helped my nerves calm down as she was very welcoming and open to talking about any questions i may have had for her. it was amazing, and quite freshing to be honestly most people in this day n age aren't so willing to help especially considering im not a patient but she allowed me the space to do just that and get the help i Seeked. i made sure to grab a card on the way out if I or someone i know is in need of hearing aids i know where to send them to. thankyou new wave hearing!!

  I am a returning customer at New Wave. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the process in the first go round, that I returned for a second pair of hearing aids. They even gave me a loaner pair to use until I received the new ones. We came across a hiccup, a sort of misunderstanding so I discussed it with Maleya before going elsewhere. Maleya was so understanding of the situation and told me not to worry, that they would make things right. Maleya is quite an exceptional person! She always has a smile on her face and treats their clients with such kindness and compassion. She actually makes you feel like family. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of because she honestly cares! I hope that New Wave knows how Blessed they are to have such a wonderful person caring for their clients! Sincerely, AnnaMae ;)

  called in today about scheduling an appointment to get my hearing aids fitted Maleya the amazing woman that answered the phone immediately put my nerves to ease and made me feel like family as we went over the ins and outs of my appointment will be, this will have been my first time being served with the New Wave Hearing Aids family and let me say i am quite pleased with my service to say the least. i think its very important to treat and talk to your patients sincerity and that is exactly what maleya has shown me. Thank you New Wave Hearing aid for choosing staff that cares!!
