  After months of my wife suffering from severe eczema, we were referred to this facility for further evaluation. Unfortunately, during her appointment, the doctor did not perform any apparent analysis, testing, or screening before immediately prescribing Rinvoq. To be clear, we do not receive Medi-Cal assistance. Our care is covered through private health insurance that we pay for ourselves. We decided not to pursue the medication after researching the potential serious side effects and risks associated with it. Instead, we made some changes at home, including installing a water filtration system. Since then, my wife’s skin has improved dramatically and is now almost completely clear without medication. My biggest concern is that a medication with potentially serious risks was recommended without what appeared to be a thorough evaluation or testing to determine the underlying cause of her condition or whether such a medication was appropriate. I believe patients deserve a comprehensive evaluation and a discussion of the risks, benefits, and alternatives before being prescribed a medication of this nature. This experience was extremely concerning to us, and unfortunately, we will not be returning to this facility in the future. I’m sharing our experience so that other patients know to ask questions and make sure they fully understand their treatment options before starting any medication.

  I have been a patient of Greg Chance since he was at Dr. Peppercorn's office; Sutter Dermatology & Laser. Greg Chance is knowledgeable, witty, and he has a great personality. The staff at Advanced Dermatology are very welcoming and friendly. You will feel at ease knowing you will be receiving excellent treatment and care.

  Greg is the best for all dermatology and cosmetic needs. He is very patient and thorough and explains everything clearly. He has helped me tremendously with my skin texture and acne through his chemical peels and prescribed topical creams. I also have received botox and lip filler through him and have always loved the natural results he gives. He makes sure my concerns and needs are always addressed. Attached is my lips two weeks after 1 syringe of Juvéderm.
