Coastal Comprehensive Treatment Center

Coastal Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides outpatient opioid addiction treatment services to adults in and around the Wilmington, California, area. Our center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to adults age 18 and older of all genders. This form of opioid addiction treatment, which has been used successfully in the U.S. for several decades, includes prescription medications to alleviate opioid withdrawal symptoms and counseling to prepare adults for long-term recovery. After consulting with a member of our medical staff, Coastal CTC patients may receive a prescription for buprenorphine, Suboxone, methadone, or naltrexone. Their outpatient treatment for opioid addiction may also include individual counseling sessions.
