Kaiser Permanente Wildomar Trail Medical Offices

Under Construction - Opens May 28, 2024. Kaiser Permanente is currently actively constructing an 84,000 square-foot outpatient medical office building (MOB) on the Northwest Corner of Wildomar Trail and Interstate 15 in the City of Wildomar. It is scheduled to open on May 28, 2024. This new MOB will replace the existing facility on Inland Valley Dr and provides nearly double the capacity. It includes space for 61 provider offices and 79 exam rooms and will offer services including adult primary care, pediatrics, vision, dermatology, imaging, mental health services, a pharmacy, and physical, occupational and speech therapy.
