He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire visit. Dr. Ngo took the time to carefully explain each part of the exam and clearly walked us through the results, making sure we fully understood everything. We never felt rushed, which made a huge difference, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. What stood out the most was how he made us feel. Not like just another appointment or customer, but like valued individuals receiving personalized care. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such warmth and attentiveness. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and would highly recommend Dr. Ngo to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye doctor.
