I wanted an update and a second opinion on different things that were happening to me over the year and I came out of there very satisfied. He’s a very nice person and so is his receptionist I recommend Whittier Miracle-Ear office.
- MBMicki BensmanJan 17, 20245.0I am visiting my sister in Whittier,, CA—I live in Columbus, OH. I’ve had hearing aids for 30 years and noticed my hearing in my left ear was muffled & distorted. I am staying for two weeks and I knew something was wrong with my left hearing aid.. It was very annoying and made hearing difficult for me. I walked into the Miracle Ear in Whittier and told the receptionist ( I think her name is Stephanie) the problem I was having. Immediately, she asked to see my hearing aid and tried to figure out the problem. She was amazing . My hearing aid wire was causing the problem and as soon as she replaced it my hearing from the left ear was back to normal. Both staff members I interacted with were very professional and kind. I am so appreciative of them coming to my rescue. I am at the beginning of my two week visit and not wearing my left hearing aid (the muffling and distortion was really annoying) would have been a huge loss for me and those around me as I would not be able to hear or participate in conversations . I strongly recommend using them for your hearing needs.
