This is hands down the worst store experience I have ever had. I tried to return GNC products that were purchased online. The store staff refused, claiming they don’t accept returns “for no reason.” I contacted GNC online customer service, who clearly confirmed the return was allowed and said the store would be notified. I went back again and was refused a second time. I showed them the official chat confirmation, and instead of helping, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and even told me not to come back. This store either does not follow GNC policy or does not care about customers at all. I don’t know if other GNC locations operate like this, but this store is by far the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

This store is amazing! They have a wide variety of high-quality vitamins and supplements, and everything is so well organized. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help with great recommendations. It’s definitely my go-to place for all my health needs.

Employee refused to price match. The GNC price was over double that of Walmart, Amazon, etc... Just buy it online and don't waste your time at this store.

Guy is rude I tried returning something and he made a big deal about it. I walked away with the product cause if you don’t want to take care of customers then don’t have a store or work there. He said he checked my history of places where I have shopped for gnc shouldn’t that be private ? Never shopping from gnc ever again they make it hard for you to return something.
