I had an appointment and they made me wait for two hours to not even get service because they didn’t know how much they were going to charge me. The manager left mid conversation when I was asking for an estimate. The front desk was helpful however the manager didn’t help us until they were informed that we were walk out after TWO hours. The location in Eagle Rock is significantly better, I will be driving there instead.
