  ⭐ 4 STAR —Update Updated review: I wanted to update my original review because Curl Fitness Management / Erik Doan reached out to me personally after hearing about my experience and invited me in to discuss the situation. I’m happy to say we were able to find a solution! I can keep my membership by placing a prepaid Visa card on file rather than using my personal checking account, while continuing to handle my membership payments the way I’m comfortable with. I really appreciate that Erik took the time to listen to my concerns and work with me instead of simply losing a longtime member. My original frustration was real, but I also believe in giving a business credit when they step up and make an effort to fix a problem. Thank you, Curl Fitness, for hearing me and finding a solution. I’m happy I don’t have to find a new gym after all! previous review: I was a member of Curl Fitness for about a year and a half and paid my membership dues every month. I originally signed up using my checking account for automatic payments, but later asked them to stop the automatic withdrawals because I preferred to come in and pay my dues myself. I DID pay my membership every month. Yet Curl Fitness continued attempting to debit my checking account anyway, which resulted in insufficient-funds/overdraft fees. I repeatedly asked employees to remove my bank account from automatic billing and kept being told they couldn't do it without a manager's authorization. Month after month, the problem continued. Their eventual solution? They told me that if I didn't want a checking account attached to my membership, I would have to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. So after approximately 18 months as a loyal, paying customer, I literally had to cancel my gym membership just to stop them from trying to take money from my bank account. That is an absolutely ridiculous way to treat a customer who was CURRENT on her dues. I liked the gym. I didn't leave because I didn't want to pay. I left because apparently the only way I could control access to my own checking account was to stop being a customer. Zero stars for the billing policy and the way this was handled.

  Steven provided a great tour of the facility. Nice clean gym with lots of different equipment.

  i been coming and so far the community is amazing and a great place to work out definitely would recommend to come
