The pharmacy manager lacks communication skill and is disrespectful toward customers. On April 25, 2026, the pharmacy sent me a text message asking me if I want a refill request sent to my doctor which I immediately responded "cancel" according to that message instruction, since I am in the process of possibly switching doctors. However, since I am still feeling confused by that message, I asked my daughter to call the pharmacy and speak to the pharmacist. When he picked up the phone, the pharmacy manager sounded annoyed and impatient. The pharmacy manager did not bother listening to what the customer wanted to say, quickly cut off the conversation, and stated that he is very busy and have no time to listen to any complicated explanations regarding the patient's doctors or medical network. As a long-term customer at this pharmacy, I think that it is important to give the pharmacy updates about who is my current doctor since it can prevent unnecessary confusions in the long run. Yet, the pharmacy manager's tone of voice was close to being argumentative, sarcastic and extremely impatient. This is not the first time that the pharmacy manager has a rough attitude. One time there was a change in the amount of copay for one of my medications, so I asked that same pharmacy manager for an explanation. During that previous incident, the pharmacy manager came over and irresponsibly stated if I want an explanation, then called my insurance, and he quickly walked away. From a past incident at another pharmacy, I understand that any change in copay amount might indicate a mistake in the pharmacy system or the input of the wrong insurance. I think that a more professional attitude from that pharmacy manager should be to check the patient's profile on the computer to make sure that the correct insurance was being input. By asking the pharmacy manager about a change in copay, I am not concern with having to pay the extra money but is actually concerned with my information being correct. Yet, he showed that same impatient attitude. In addition to that pharmacy manager’s grumpiness, several of the pharmacy technicians had been making unnecessary jokes and comments toward customers. Despite, reflecting this toward upper management, this issue still repeats. For example, an elderly pharmacy technician man who also speaks my native language was making a joke about my last name and purposely stated the wrong meaning as if that is something very funny. That same elderly pharmacy technician man went a step further to confirm if my daughter also has that same last name. I don't understand why that pharmacy technician man wanted to know about my daughter when I am the patient needing the medication? I chose this pharmacy system because I think that it has the ability to be more attentive toward customers' concerns unlike more hectic pharmacies out there. Yet, the pharmacy manager's indifferent attitude and unwillingness to effectively communicate with customers show the opposite. Despite getting all of my medications at this pharmacy, the pharmacy manager acted as if I don’t worth any of his time.

The customer service was non-existent. The casher was completely entrenched in a conversation with the bagger about UFC. He literally had no greetings or salutations for me or the 2 customers in front of me. Not even a hello or have a nice day. He was Asian with a light beard. I believe his name tag said Daniel. I'm sure Albertsobs expects better from their staff.
