  We had such a wonderful experience at Optical! Lisa was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful while helping my little girl choose her glasses. She made her feel comfortable and welcome and took the time to help her find a pair she loved. A few months later, a screw fell out of her glasses, so we stopped by to have them fixed. Lisa helped us right away and was just as friendly and welcoming as she was the first time. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service and how caring Lisa was with my daughter. Highly recommend!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Lisa Ross at Target Optical. I first met Lisa about three weeks ago when I stopped in without an appointment. Even though she was very busy helping several customers, I noticed how kind, patient, and helpful she was with everyone. Lisa still took the time to help me and suggested that I choose the frames I liked and save the information for my appointment. When I later called to schedule my eye exam, Lisa happened to answer the phone. She helped me make the appointment and reminded me to mention that I needed my glasses rushed so they would be ready in time. Last night I went to pick up my new glasses. The optical center had already closed, but Lisa was still there and kindly let me come inside. She gave me my glasses and took the time to make sure they were fitted properly. I truly appreciate Lisa’s excellent customer service and kindness. She went above and beyond for me from beginning to end. I will definitely return to Target Optical the next time I need eyeglasses, and I will happily recommend Lisa and this optical center to my friends and family. Thank you, Lisa!

  My experience at Target Optical was superb. Lisa, the store manager, was very knowledgeable and professional, patiently helping me choose three beautiful frames (daily, sun, and computer) from the store's wide selection. Lisa also helped me get discounts on all my lenses and frames. Target Optical is conveniently located next to my optometrist and of course enabled me to do a little shopping at Target when I was done!

  I’ve gone to Lisa, the manager, for years. She is the Best! She is so knowledgable and very helpful. I really trust her opinion and she helps me pick out really pretty sunglasses and glasses. She also tries to get the best price for me. I will always go to her and if she’s not there, I wait for her to come back. You will love her! The entire staff is very friendly. They also have a large selection of reasonably riced frames.
