Westlake Village Hospice, Inc.

Westlake Village Hospice Inc. provides all-encompassing outpatient hospice and palliative care services for the Los Angeles, Thousand Oaks, and Ventura County areas. Consisting of volunteers, physicians, and therapists in various disciplines, Westlake Village Hospice employs a coordinated approach to helping patients and their families receive adequate resources and support during end-of-life care. By working with patients in a familiar and comfortable environment, we reduce the stress associated with hospital or inpatient settings. Our hospice nurses work closely with patients along with spiritual counselors, chaplains, physical therapists, speech therapists, and more to accommodate clients and their families.
