As a first-time visitor looking for a Pilates studio close to my workplace, I was initially interested in joining. When I arrived, the studio was closed, so I decided to visit the tanning salon in the same building while I waited. When I returned, I discovered that my car had been blocked in. I notified the Pilates instructor who was present, but she refused to allow me to move my vehicle until her class had finished. I found this response to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I had been seriously considering joining the studio, but due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism shown, I will not be returning.
