I brought my sunglasses and dropped them off with Valerie. She fixed them immediately and didn’t not charge me anything for the adjustment. I’m extremely satisfied with her service! I would highly recommend coming to LensCrafters ..!

My boyfriends Ray Ban sunglasses broke out of nowhere and we lost the screw. :( But thankfully Marie was able to get them fixed with no fee! Thank you so so much. I was so worried I couldn’t get them fixed :)

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters, and Marie made all the difference. I came in expecting to make a quick adjustment to my current glasses, but after taking the time to understand what I was looking for, she helped me pick out and order two new pairs of frames that I truly needed. She was patient, honest, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. Her professionalism and friendly personality turned what I thought would be a quick visit into a great experience. Thank you, Marie, for your exceptional customer service—I highly recommend working with her!

Originally gave this place 5 stars but my most recent experience made me do a whole 180. I came in to get some bigger frames for my prescription sunglasses and the person who helped me, Jasmine, assured me that it was possible to do so. She showed me on the computer the bigger frames and that it would be possible to include my original lenses on to those frames. She even offered to give me these rubber transparent nose pads to help with the redness on my nose from my current pads.
I ordered the new frames and after a week or so they called me to come pick them up. I went today and asked if Jasmine was there since she was the one who was helping me through this whole process. They said yes but when I arrived she wasnt there so someone else helped me. They went to go install my current lense onto my new frames but when they came back it was the exact same size of my original sunglasses. I told the woman I had ordered bigger frames and her excuse was "I dont know what you talked about with the other person"
I explained the situation to her that the whole point of me ordering the new frames was to have bigger ones since my current ones were smaller. She said that model didn't have bigger ones when Jasmine literally showed me on the website the bigger ones and that those were the ones that were going to fit me right. This other woman looked at me like as if I was lying to her or something. Theres no point in me ordering the exact same model and size again. She just kept using the excuse of "Well I dont know what you spoke to the other associate about".
Even when I asked about the clear rubber pads she said that those weren't made for my glasses even though again Jasmine looked at my glasses and stated those would work perfectly for my pair of regular glasses and sunglasses. Thankfully they gave me a refund but what a twist in service here. Started off great but ended off horrible and a big waste of time! Wouldn't recommend coming here for any major things!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
