  A heartfelt thank you to Angelical for her warm and friendly service! She kindly fixed the nose pads on my glasses and didn’t even charge me. I truly appreciate her kindness and generosity! 🙏❤️ I will definitely come back to her when I need a new pair of glasses. Highly recommended! 谢谢

  Ok so here are the ones that helped me Dr. Duran Marla- sales Valeria- team leader Jasmine- pre-tester Ezza- asst manager Marie- Lic. Optician I’m being specific because the reviews I read prior to going in were not so great and because of that I almost didn’t go there. Bet let me say that I am absolutely glad and blessed that I did! They were so nice and informative that I won’t go anywhere else. All questions were answered so I left well informed and happy with my purchases. Thanks you all at this location for making the experience a pleasant one! God bless you all

  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Val! Val was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. You can tell Val genuinely cares about helping customers and providing great service. I really appreciate the positive experience and would definitely recommend asking for Val if you visit LensCrafters!

  Came into lens crafters in hopes to have my sunglasses fixed after having no luck going elsewhere! As soon as I came in I got gracefully welcomed by Dedrick, he soon told me he could indeed fix my glasses! I could not explain my happiness. I had not worn these glasses in over 2 years due to the damage, mind you these are my favorite sunglasses! Did I mention he fixed them in about 30 minutes? 10/10 recommend! Thank you again Dedrick!!

  Having been a loyal customer of LensCrafters for several years, I recently encountered an unfortunate situation that I felt compelled to share. While purchasing my wife’s prescription glasses and two pairs for myself, I noticed some scuffs on the frames of her sunglasses, which she had put away. Upon visiting the LensCrafters location, I was informed that I was responsible for the damage, as I had not returned the sunglasses within the month’s grace period, despite the fact that it had been a week past that deadline. Although I understand the company’s policy and the importance of customer service, I was disappointed that the employees did not offer any assistance in resolving the issue. The situation was deemed non-recoverable due to the policy, and I was left with no recourse. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to LensCrafters. I have been a customer for many years, and I believe that the company’s success is directly tied to the satisfaction of its customers. I hope that this incident serves as a wake-up call for LensCrafters to provide better training for its employees, as their lack of willingness to assist customers is unacceptable.
