- NMNilu MaliAug 19, 20265.0Every staffs are so gentle and nice . We love to go to this place . My daughter love this place specially . It’s clean and give a soft cool fragrances inside. And the walls and Tv shows are all over cartoons shows for kids which distract the kids from scary and pain . My daughter never cry due to this peaceful kiddos cartoon shows environment . We have been there since my girl was in kindergarten, but now she is grade 7. Still she is in love with this place. Yes , I recommend all to go and try to this place.

I was ignored and got very unhelpful service.

What was supposed to be an 18 month treatment of phase II braces for my daughter, turned into a nightmare last month. Treatment began Sept 2023, and finally yesterday her braces were removed! Almost three years later! I understand there are issues along the way with treatments however this was beyond what I had anticipated. We came in early July 2026, to have the braces removed. Instead the dental asst/technician adjusted them and took the impressions for the retainer and were told to return. We returned at the end of July only to be told that two teeth had rotated and now they need to be fixed. Three doctors and multiple dental assistants/technicians later throughout this process, the braces have FINALLY been removed! This by far has been the worst experience at this place. Good luck to those seeking treatment here.
