I previously had my son with Children’s choice dental care & let me just say they’re neglectful & did not respond to any of my calls regarding my son’s cavity (after providing them the medical clearance as requested). My son was in Pain on Monday night, I came to children’s dental funzone on Tuesday morning, they checked his teeth & were able to fix his situation SAME DAY! A medical treatment I had been waiting since February at another dental location was able to be handled same day here. Now my child is pain free and I thank them for it. I highly recommend their services !

I was then told that the dentist was in treatment and that is why we weren't being seen. I actually walked in with the dentist at 8am, so I found it weird that we had an 8am appointment and the dentist is also arriving at 8am. This is clearly a systems/timing issue. Time needs to be respected. I went in at 8am expecting to be seen at a reasonable time. Either they need another dentist or they need to schedule according to the dentist schedule because the current system simply isn't working.
