He suggested some frames for me and helped me to choose between 2! Then I realized that they have a promotion where if you buy 1, you get the second one 20% off. I decided to come back with my daughter who needs another pair of glasses. He remembered me and said “welcome back”, he had my frame noted in my profile and made the process super easy!
