Fitness CenterStretchLab
StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Countrywood offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

To get stronger and more flexible. I work at a desk job all day so I really need this. I have worked with three of the flexologists - Nicholas, Brian, and Sami. All are very qualified and each have a slightly different approach. So I feel like it’s worth mixing up the sessions and who you work with. I receive a great stretching session from all the flexologists. I learned different stretches from each of them and ways I can improve my flexibility and strength. This StretchLab is located in the Countrywood Mall where Black Bear Diner and Panera are. Near where the now-closed Genova Deli used to be. I tend to go at night after work so it is less crowded. They have also started to offer sessions on Sundays which is great. It is the best decision I have made for my body in a long time.
