  If you’re looking for a quick turn around, look no farther! It’s quick and customer service is excellent! Here’s my experience…. I had been procrastinating and needed some glasses by Saturday for a wedding. I stopped by on a Monday morning, but the doctor isn’t there on Mondays. But I was lucky and got a next day spot. I have no idea what the doctor’s name was as there was no introductions— Just, quick but informational eye exam and that was it. I called right before they closed on the same day as my eye appointment (Tuesday) to ask if maybe the glasses might be done. They weren’t. BUT!! Later that night I got a voicemail saying they were done! and that they were ready for pick up Wednesday morning !!! . They rushed it for me. Thank you! Also! On another note I tried making appointments elsewhere and , wow! I would have had to wait a week or more just for the appointment and another week for the glasses. I am sooooo very lucky I stopped by this place! I always drive past it but never went in. It’s much better than going to Kaiser! No line! Pro tip: there’s free parking behind the building. Also! My lens are single lenses which means they’re not special order so they had them in stock. That helped speed up the process too.

  I had an amazing experience shopping for new glasses here. I've always been dreading shopping this because I have a small face for an adult and have a hard time finding glasses that fit and look good on me, but this was the first time I actually enjoyed it. Jackeline has been so supportive and worked hard to carefully select frames that look good on me. She's been very patient and clearly focused on finding a frame that makes me look good. Thanks to her I was encouraged to try different styles that I haven't worn before and chose one that makes me look more cheerful and fun: I've gotten so many compliments on it from my friends and family! I'm really grateful for the help and will definitely be back!
