  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally write reviews, but Jeylen absolutely deserves to be recognized. This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Jeylen was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He didn’t make me feel like just another customer or try to rush through the process. He actually listened, understood exactly what I needed, answered every question clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. What impressed me most was his attitude. Jeylen made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people he helps. That level of service is extremely rare these days. If management reads this: Jeylen is the type of employee you want representing your company. Take care of him, because employees like this are hard to find. 10/10 experience. I would absolutely recommend this company specifically because of the service I received from Jeylen. Thank you, Jeylen!

  I’m writing to complain about an extremely disappointing experience at your Berkeley location on Saturday. I arrived right when the store opened after driving approximately 40 minutes specifically to have my frames adjusted, and there were no other customers in the store. Gabby looked at my frames and told me she could not adjust them until the technicians arrived later. I explained that customer service representatives at this same location had adjusted my glasses for me on previous visits - as well as countless times at other Lenscrafter locaritons I've gone to over the past 20 years - and asked why she could not do the same. Her response was simply that the store was “too busy” to help me, despite there being no other customers present, and she walked away. I found the interaction dismissive and unnecessarily frustrating, particularly after making a 40-minute trip for a basic service the store has provided for me before.

  I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters from start to finish. The eye exam was by far the most thorough I’ve ever had, with technology I hadn’t even seen before. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process. A special thank you to Gabby, who helped me pick out my new frames. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed while I tried on several different styles. She offered honest feedback, answered all of my questions, and helped me find a pair that I absolutely love. Everyone made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service and a team that genuinely cares about helping you find the right eyewear, I highly recommend this LensCrafters, Walnut Creek location! I’ll definitely be back!
