The studio itself is nice, and the instructor was great. The downtown location can make parking a little challenging, but there is a parking lot within walking distance, so overall it’s still a convenient place to work out.
This was my first experience with hot yoga, and I didn’t realize quite how hot and humid the room would be. The instructor taught the class very well, but I personally found the heat and humidity quite intense. With the combination of high temperature, humidity, and the number of people in the room, I found it difficult to breathe comfortably at times.
I also recommend bringing plenty of water, especially if you’re new to hot yoga. For me, as a middle-aged woman who is more sensitive to heat, the environment was more challenging than I expected. The room also had noticeable body odors, which may be more noticeable for people who are sensitive to smells.
Overall, I think the studio is well-run and the instructor was good, but hot yoga may simply not be the best fit for me personally. If you enjoy heated workouts, tolerate heat well, and aren’t particularly sensitive to odors, you may have a very different experience.

I love coming here. The location is convenient and the staffs are wonderful. The only reason I give a 3 stars is because of the schedule and availability of the classes. Some of my favorite classes are either at quite early in the day, midday, or at 4PM. I am hoping for a later sculpt class that is taught by the more intense style instructor. Also, I am hoping for more CSX classes that is 30 minutes after the sculpt. I think not only myself but a lot of the members would appreciate that.
