- VVVincentJun 4, 20261.0I had an appointment and saw Dr Rojas for eye prescription only..I was taken back by her unfriendly approach to listening to my request a PD measurement in my prescription. In the past the last 7 years I've seen different optometrist they all gave me a PD measurement . I felt she was trying to get me to buy my glasses there but I cannot afford that because they are progressive lenses and I usually buy my glasses at Zenni for last 7 years, who is outstanding... she insisted that is not a good place for me to buy glasses naturally I told her that this is what I could afford and I felt very comfortable with Zenni ... then she started to say well I'm not going to give you a PD we do not do that in this office and we have to move along quickly because I need to do contact prescription as well for you. I was very very upset and I left that office I reported the grievance to scan Alta I don't think anything was right there it was just a bad situation! I don't recommend going to this doctor she was very impersonal and I felt she was guiding me only to use my benefits to buy there.. I don't recommend this place!
