She’s super helpful and worked with my wife to get her inserts to fit perfectly, told my wife she would call her throughout the month to make sure she’s doing ok and even just helped her put Velcro inside her shoes to keep the inserts in place. Overall she’s absolutely amazing and the best person to go if you need inserts, she’s the best to go to. Now for rest. The price is absolutely insane! We walked out paying around $800 for a couple of inserts and some sleeves. If we got any more stuff we were looking at over a grand! That’s even with the small discount we got for being a returning customer. I was honestly expecting a few hundred dollars, not the amount of a new gaming console for your feet. This is a serious investment and not one to be taken lightly. They do take CARECREDIT and can put you on a payment plan if you’re approved, but we opted to pay in full since we had the money available “thankfully”. This was a big hit to the wallet though, that’s just how I feel about it. Update: grateful for the quick response, this was very nice and it shows the amount of detail and attention they show to each of their customers. That deserves an extra star.
