  Today, 6/19/2026 is my 2nd visit to this location. I am happy so for. The young man at the desk is polite, professional, and approachable. He makes sure all your info is correct and he greets you by your name. Carrie is very friendly, explains in important details and not allot of mumbo jumbo mess to confuse you. I am glad to be taken care of and I got my wire hearing aid today and it's very cool and discreet. I am new to this and she made it simple and to the point where I can't mess this up. I am super pleased 😀.

  Had a wonderful first time experience at AudioNova. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Annira and instantly knew we were going to be happy with the services provided. Annira has auch a beautiful, welcoming, positive personality! I had my hearing evaluated by Carrie and she too was absolutely wonderful. Very patient, understood my concerns, and she was so professional.
