  If there are 10 stars, I’d give 10 I loved mary the hygienist. She was so awesome very professional. Highly recommend bedside manner fantastic. Mary gave me a great Education. Super nice.

  Surfside dental itself is great from what I've seen but I had a bad experience with one of the hygienists, I believe her name was marabell. She was nice but aggressive with my cleaning, my teeth and gums were really sore for hours after. I'd maybe choose someone else next time.

  My regular dentist was out of town, so he referred me to Dr. Wallace—and I’m so glad he did! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt a sense of peace and calm. I was warmly greeted, given some paperwork to complete, and immediately noticed how clean, simple, and tastefully decorated the waiting room was. I was there to have a crown placed over a recent root canal. Dr. Wallace has such a warm and approachable demeanor. He explained everything clearly, and before I knew it, I was on my way home with a temporary crown. One thing I especially appreciated was how transparent the office was about the cost. Dr. Wallace asked the billing staff to confirm that my insurance would cover the tooth before proceeding. She came back, explained what was covered, and told me exactly what my out-of-pocket expense would be. It was simple, straightforward, and there were no surprises. Within two days, my permanent crown was ready. It fit perfectly! The day before my appointment, the receptionist even called to let me know I would be receiving a refund because my insurance had paid more than originally anticipated. I really appreciated that. In the past, I’ve had dental offices simply leave an overpayment as a credit toward future work, so the fact that they proactively refunded the difference really impressed me. My longtime dentist is retiring, and I’m very happy to say I believe I’ve found my new dental home with Dr. Wallace and his incredible staff. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! And I should add—I really don’t like going to the dentist! So for me to take the time to write this review says a lot. It truly was a positive experience from beginning to end.

  My husband and I have both had great experiences with Dr. Wallace and the entire staff. They've taken excellent care of our teeth for the last 8 years and made our appts. a pleasant experience.

  I had the best dental work from Dr. Wallace! Rather than try to sell veneers or implants, he filled the cracks in my front top and bottom teeth, giving me a much nicer smile. He and his staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. The office is clean, open, and easily accessible. I’m glad I made the switch!
