Bernadette Ruiz has been an invaluable source of help in many areas of my daily life. Her reliability, patience, and dedication have made a significant positive impact on my well-being. As a senior citizen living with dementia, I often experience memory challenges and can become overwhelmed by tasks and details. Bernadette consistently provides the support, organization, and reassurance and experience I need to navigate these difficulties. One of Bernadette's greatest strengths is her ability to listen carefully and remember important information when I cannot. This has helped reduce a great deal of stress and anxiety in my life. Whenever I need assistance with a task or have questions about how to accomplish something, she approaches the situation with professionalism, determination, and a willingness to find solutions. Bernadette is always punctual, prepared, and committed to completing tasks thoroughly. She demonstrates exceptional patience and understanding, taking the time necessary to ensure that my needs are met. Her positive attitude, compassionate nature, and strong work ethic make her an outstanding caregiver and support person.   My experience with Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura was wonderful. Deanna Becerra was extremely helpful and understanding in helping my wife and I through a novel and trying experience in our lives. The helper who came to our home, Ms. Bernadette Ruiz, couldn’t have been nicer. Her patience, professionalism, kindness, helpfulness and energy brought great comfort to my wife, Bonnie. Bonnie will be moving to an assisted living facility before the end of May and has been quite anxious and fearful about the changes in her life that she is going through. Bernadette was able to calmly and clearly explain that Bonnie’s fears were normal but unfounded, and during her time here provided Bonnie with hours of pleasant, fun conversation that Bonnie felt was gracious and kind. She also made us lunch and kept the kitchen and family room clean and tidy! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for my wife.   Our caregiver was amazing! She couldn't have come at a more perfect time; our stress level was palpable. She went above and beyond, not only taking care of my husband's 90-year-old mother but also helping us with laundry, dishes, and general housework. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!
