The class was a perfect combination between focus and relaxation and challenging fun… Julie with her soft way of guiding the class through the power of breathing and self-awareness and Kathleen with her energetic, motivating voice… great class great way to end your week …

Luis is an amazing yoga instructor! His classes are challenging but so much fun, and I especially love the music he plays. The Reggaeton during the workout is such a fun change and definitely keeps me motivated throughout the entire class. You can tell he puts a lot of thought into creating a great experience for everyone. If you get the chance to take one of Luis’s classes at CorePower Yoga, definitely do it!
