The Good Foot store set me up with a set of shoe inserts that will help with the recovery and hope to prevent future problems. I also bought a pair of Brook Ghost tennis shoes from them which after 24 hour had an outer material failure. I contacted the store and they immediately order me a replacement set. The inserts and shoes definitely when I have to spend the day on my feet.
