StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Valencia offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- FCFelipe Cerdan3 days ago5.0Stretching with one of Stretch Labs "Flexologists" is probably one of those things you don't realize you need until you do it. Having a stretch session with a partner makes a huge difference as opposed to doing it solo especially if you train or workout frequently. It makes a huge impact in how you feel, and it's become something I actually look forward to every couple of weeks. My flexologust Kaiya is awesome. Super friendly, knows her stuff, and can adjust the session to focus on what my body needs. The team is friendly and the place has a good vibe. It's professional without feeling stiff or intimidating, a comfortable place to be. I'd definitely recommend checking it out, get those bones and muscles worked on!
