    Earlier this year I got new lenses for my frames that are hard to find and out of stock so getting these frames back with new lenses was very cool. Unfortunately the LensCrafters tech broke my frames and I couldn’t replace the same ones but Amanda (manager) was super nice and reassured me she would make it right. She got me new frames and was able to correct the situation and make me very happy. Amanda is very nice and wants to leave each customer with a wonderful experience! Thanks

    Walked into the store with a pair of glasses that a lens it popped out of. I handed them to Sammie who attempted to help me and pop the lenz back in, but the frame broke. She immediately called the store manager, Amanda over to help. They found another pair of frames that were and upgrade to my broken ones. My old lenses were fited in these frames with a little help from Kedric. These three people all chipped in and went above and beyond to help me out. I left the store with nothing but a great impression about how the employees here all support each other and do the best they can to make things right for their customers. 5 Stars!
