  I found this dental office through Google and was initially very impressed by their 5-star rating, which led me to reach out for more information. I called around 12:30 PM but didn’t get an answer, so I assumed it might be their lunch hour and left a voicemail. Around 1:15 PM, a staff member returned my call, which I appreciated. I explained that I’m looking for a new dentist, wasn’t familiar with the process, and wanted guidance based on the insurance I have. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. The staff member was not very kind and didn’t offer any guidance on how to move forward. I felt as though my questions were unwelcome, as if I should have already known the answers. The call ended abruptly with her hanging up, which felt unprofessional. I understand everyone can have off days, but first impressions matter—especially when someone is reaching out for help and information. Based on this experience, I honestly don’t understand how this office has a 5-star rating. I hope they can improve how they communicate with potential new patients, as a more patient and professional approach would make a big difference.

  Love Vacaville dental studio woke up with a toothache called them. They got me in first thing took care of me. Set up an appointment with a specialist, facilitated same-day treatment. They are kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

  I really appreciate the great care I receive from Dr. Sean and the staff at Vacaville Dental Studio. My hygienist has given a couple of tips on products that are easier on my mouth and provides good advice on areas to watch in my brushing/flossing regimen.

  Always wonderful care, with super friendly staff! They always give good advice about insurance coverage and I feel comfortable before, during, and after every visit. Dr. Sepi is the best!
