Personally, I don’t know why I bought these for the price however I was looking for some relief for plantar fasciitis in my right foot because I drive a lot. It really doesn’t matter why you go in there they’re going to try to sell you arch supports. The whole foot scan and results they show you are garbage. Part of the scam. I didn’t even have an arch problem. These are not custom supports and you’re gonna pay about $2000 bucks for what they con you into buying as a “system” like it is something special. Then for $300 or $400 more they’ll throw in a pair of slippers. In my experience, they do nothing, but again I made the mistake of buying it because I thought it was something different that I needed to try. I’m still shocked at the price that I paid and the price that was presented, but I could see by the sales pitch that was what was coming. All I needed was a plantar fasciitis sock. these people are not doctors and they really don’t know what they’re talking about beyond the arch spiel so I highly recommend you go to a podiatrist and not the good feet store. It’s a con job. How any of them remain open is beyond me. There’s no choice for zero stars so they got one because the people were nice. I really wish I could get a refund.
