- EEEddieApr 3, 20261.0They told me they accepted insurance took my information ran it and realized they couldn’t run my insurance (spectera) then charged me for an eye exam. It was too late by then so I paid their $90 exam fee. A few weeks later apparently they were still running my insurance and called to try to spring another charge on me, for the same eye exam I paid for. Now I’m not a business owner but I keep my receipts, so it made me wonder. DO NOT let them scam you too. The actual optometrist was very informative, guys at the front desk though I’d think it is highly likely they’re running a scam. I went to Lens Crafters and got my kids taken care of. It was easy and simple. Do not recommend. If you for some reason have no options double check your insurance and be thorough, don’t expect the guy who runs the shop to be friendly, talkative, or even pleasant to be around. Which would not be a problem if they didn’t try to back door you like that. My reviews are rarely bad nor do I nitpick, this place Zero Stars.

I LOVE the large selection of choices. SO MANY cute frames it was hard to choose just one pair. I loved the free set of glasses too! I also got safety glasses and loved the selection. It was a great visit. Most of my order will be ready to pick up within four days!! I appreciate the staffs help and friendliness.
