  Everyone is always so patient with my little one especially when he is scared and nervous. They also take the time to ask us if we have any questions and concerns; we never feel we are ever rushed out. We love taking our little one here.

  Do not recommend, the cleaning was very quick and seemed inadequate. The BILLING though was my biggest complaint, never had issues with insurance covering a simple cleaning xray for my kids (united concordia) but the time i spent dealing with these bills i just won't ever get back. I tried dealing with their office staff and it was useless, ultimately paid and switched dentist. I never write reviews but I urge you to keep looking, this isn't the one. Wish I would have read a review like this prior to scheduling which makes me question the validity of these reviews....

  BEWARE!!!! As of 2026 their billing department is still absolutely trash. For the last year and a half, I have been getting random text messages stating I own money. Bear in mind my child is now an adult and hasn't been to this office in about 3 years at the time of writing this review. Calling their helpdesk doesn't get you anywhere as stated in other reviews. They just enter notes into the computer and tell you someone will contact you, but no one ever will. I have also gone into the office to get help, but their hands are also tied as all they can do is open tickets and enter notes into the computer. As stated in other reviews when you ask what the charges are for, they can't give you a clear explanation. What I have been told over the phone vs told by the staff in the office completely contradict one another. From what I can gather I am fairly certain they do not have a billing department but rather they outsource their billing to a third-party company. This would make sense why no one from billing will actually call you and the staff/helpdesk can only contact them by putting in tickets. Lastly it also be known that I caught them double dipping. This all started last year in 2025 when they texted me (randomly) saying I owned a couple thousand dollars. No explanation for why. After month of calling, I gave up and paid half. After requesting a ledger, it was found that they billed and the insurance issued payment. It took several months for them to credit me back. I am still dealing with billing issue even after this. To end this, I would suggest to any getting text messages that you own something to STOP and question the charges.
