  Anna Rhoads is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things hospice and senior care. I felt lost handling my mother’s care after a downhill turn with her Parkinson’s. We will be in touch with Anna along the journey and her knowledge and advice is immeasurable. Do yourself a favor and call Anna Rhoads when you need to find answers to the really hard questions. She’s a shining star and really cares for each of her clients. She treats you like family. Thank you Anna

  My family and I are beyond grateful for Anna Rhoads at MedPlus Hospice. I contacted Anna on behalf of my mother in law on Monday afternoon after my father in law had stopped eating and drinking water. During one of the hardest moments our family has faced, Anna responded immediately with compassion, urgency, and care. By 5PM that same day, a hospital bed had already been delivered to the home, and a nurse arrived by 6PM. The following day, another caregiver came to help bathe him and make him comfortable. We were gently informed that he likely only had a day or two left, and he peacefully passed late Tuesday night. The level of care, communication, and compassion we experienced during this process was beyond words. Anna made an incredibly painful situation feel supported and manageable for our entire family. My only regret is not contacting her sooner. If you ever find yourself needing hospice care for a loved one, I cannot recommend Anna Rhoads and MedPlus Hospice enough.

  When we met the "OG" we were at a crossroads with our Grandma. He sounds too good to be true but I tell you it's not an act it's for real. Hiadrs staff is awesome and caring.... when you need them they provide and come when they say. Hospice is hard to deal with already but they made it better. Thank you to the mediplus company and God bless you all.

  Although my wife was in the late stage of Alzheimer's, I had no idea of how to go about getting her the care she needed. Ana from Medplus contacted me when my wife was discharged from the hospital. We couldn't afford a nursing home, and Ana explained why hospice was a viable and more affordable alternative. All that aside, Medplus went above and beyond not only with my wife's care, but educating me on what to expect during the dying process. All members of the staff were very competent and compassionate, especially in the last couple of days of her life. They exceeded my expectations in every way and I would highly recommend Medplus to anyone needing hospice.
