  I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care you provided. Medplus Hospice is truly an outstanding service company. The owner, Oganes, and every member of the staff demonstrated immense competence and compassion. You constantly went above and beyond with your caring and heartfelt services. My family and I are beyond grateful for the Medplus team's expertise, compassion, and kindness. THANK YOU to Oganes, Matthew, Ana, Dusty, Mike, Samantha and rest of the team.

  My family just passed the 3-month mark of my father's passing. First of all, I want to say that I highly recommend MedPlus! If you are in this geographic area and you do not hire them as your hospice provider, that is silly and could be a big mistake. They are excellent in all areas, nursing care, bed-side manners, communication, office staff, people who answer the phone, delivery folks with critical medical materials, pharmacy, you name it. So good. And so helpful at such a stressful time. My father had multiple terminal illnesses and no longer wanted to treat them as it just became too much for him, going to the hospital or doctors office, getting out of the house was tough even at that stage. So, after a lot of pushing, he finally decided to have hospice at home. He was approved by Kaiser right away, because it was clear he was dying. But we did not know how long he had left, or how he would die. There was so much going on, medically, but he was cutting off treatments and even any new diagnostics or testing. We were running blind, and needed a lot of help. His one dying wish was to stay at home throughout and to die at home. Wow, we were not prepared for that. If we did not have MedPlus side-by-side, step-by-step, I don't know what we would have done, other than go crazy. I was a "point person" in the matter, and I never once had any trouble reaching or getting full attention from the MedPlus team. I almost could not believe how accessible they were to us, and how patient and caring they were in a very chaotic time for my family. Well, the bottom-line is that he ended up being at home in Hospice for EIGHT MONTHS! My gosh! It was brutal and relentless, and would have been totally impossible to manage without MedPlus. I am so grateful we found them and they took on our case. My father was not the easiest patient or customer by a long shot. He was actually quite difficult. The patience and poise of the MedPlus team is so greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  Anna Rhoads is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things hospice and senior care. I felt lost handling my mother’s care after a downhill turn with her Parkinson’s. We will be in touch with Anna along the journey and her knowledge and advice is immeasurable. Do yourself a favor and call Anna Rhoads when you need to find answers to the really hard questions. She’s a shining star and really cares for each of her clients. She treats you like family. Thank you Anna

  My family and I are beyond grateful for Anna Rhoads at MedPlus Hospice. I contacted Anna on behalf of my mother in law on Monday afternoon after my father in law had stopped eating and drinking water. During one of the hardest moments our family has faced, Anna responded immediately with compassion, urgency, and care. By 5PM that same day, a hospital bed had already been delivered to the home, and a nurse arrived by 6PM. The following day, another caregiver came to help bathe him and make him comfortable. We were gently informed that he likely only had a day or two left, and he peacefully passed late Tuesday night. The level of care, communication, and compassion we experienced during this process was beyond words. Anna made an incredibly painful situation feel supported and manageable for our entire family. My only regret is not contacting her sooner. If you ever find yourself needing hospice care for a loved one, I cannot recommend Anna Rhoads and MedPlus Hospice enough.
