Las instalaciones son bonitas, espaciosas, nuevas y siempre están muy limpias. Las instructoras siempre son amables, pacientes y hacen la clase muy amena. Me gusta que en el mostrador también hablan en español si tengo alguna pregunta.

Front desk staff said it was email communication issue on their end.. takes responsibility but doesn’t accommodate.. one other person checking in before me was told the same and she left as well.

- LLLienAug 8, 20261.0Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I requested to cancel my account and received a confirmation email stating that my membership would be canceled on August 7. Despite having written confirmation of the cancellation, I was still charged for the month of August. As a busy professional, working full-time, going to grad school part-time, raising a child, my time is very limited and I now have to spend my time contacting customer service at midnight to fix an issue that should never have happened in the first place. I have the email confirmation as documentation, so this is not a misunderstanding about whether I canceled. Very unprofessional way to handle cancellations and billing.
