They honored the "life-time" warranty and replaced all 3 sets of my orthotics for free. Customer service was great and very knowledgable. I've never regretted purchasing my orthotics from the Good Feet Store!

I then met with Niako Hanzy, the store manager. We clicked immediately! Niako was extremely diligent and professional in explaining the process. I spent about 90 minutes being educated and trying various supports. I came in with painful feet and left without any pain. My bunions do not hurt nor the side of one foot. I am so pleased. Go to a Good Feet store and get yourself some help. You will be so happy you did!

I purchased inserts and compression socks, but when I got home, I realized one of the inserts was missing from the box, and I had been given the wrong size compression socks, which caused foot pain. I drove 45 minutes back to the store to resolve the issue. The salesperson initially had no explanation until I asked him to check the size, at which point he confirmed the wrong socks were given. Despite this being their mistake, there was no apology, and the staff showed little concern. I was told they would not provide the correct socks unless I brought the incorrect pair back, and they refused to arrange any delivery, even after I explained the inconvenience of another long trip. Overall, very poor customer service and lack of accountability. I expected better, especially given the cost of the products.
