I was so encouraged by Yomna and her stretch and balance class and took very slowly. I challenged myself to take different classes with various instructors and with support from Meghan and Adrian have landed in a great place feeling stronger and more flexible. Almost a year later I am excited about the next 12 months of learning more Pilates moves. Thanks also to the sweet receptionists who take care of the details keeping us organized and clean!
