- JMJoseph MJul 4, 20261.0This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. My appointment was confirmed three separate times, so I took a day off work to be there. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled because the doctor had canceled it. The staff claimed they couldn’t notify me because they had the wrong phone number on file when tgey have sent me a minimum of 10 emails the last month—even though they had already confirmed the appointment multiple times. Not only did this cost me a day’s pay and waste my time, but no one offered a sincere apology or showed any concern for the inconvenience. Instead, the attitude I received was essentially, “Have a nice day.” Customer service is clearly not a priority here. The Dr. himself dismissive, rude, and lacked even basic professionalism. The entire experience left me questioning how a medical practice could operate this way. If you’re looking for a practice that values its patients’ time and treats them with respect, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
