Our family practice providers include a team of medical doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners who provide comprehensive and continuing health treatment and case management for the entire family. Internal medicine physicians are specialists who apply knowledge and clinical expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and care of adults across the spectrum from health to complex diseases. We provide immunizations and a multitude of health screenings, including but not limited to: Hemoglobin A1C, blood glucose, anemia, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic neuropathy, basic lab and diagnostics.

Our pediatricians provide care from birth through adolescence and are prideful in delivering quality medical care with a family centered approach. Services include: Well child exam, physical activity and nutrition assessment, pediatric cardiology, circumcision, immunizations, sport physicals, sick visits, and developmental and behavioral problems. Our Pediatricians can help adolescents transition to adult health care through our collaborative care process, seamlessly and efficiently.

Whether you’re a first time mother-to-be or experienced in pregnancy, we will be with you every step of the way, beginning with your prenatal care all the way through the delivery of your baby(s). Please keep in mind that no two pregnancies are alike! Our number one concern is to see that you are provided with the very best care possible. Our expertise includes the management of low risk to high risk pregnancies in a personalized manner. We recognize that patients and families should be encouraged to express preferences in their birth experience, and we strive to make your pregnancy and birth experience safe and rewarding. We care for women of all ages, from adolescence through geriatrics. While many women come to us for primary gynecologic care including annual exams and pap smears, we also have expertise in contraceptive choices, family planning, and traditional and minimally invasive gynecological surgery. We care for women throughout their lives and have expertise in menopausal management with and without medication use, and also health issues which women encounter as they age. Our services cover the entire spectrum of gynecologic care including pre-conceptual, infertility, contraception and menopausal counseling as well as treatment. We strongly recommend that you have a preventative examination on a yearly basis. This examination includes a breast, abdominal and pelvic exam and a pap smear for most. Ensuring good gynecological health throughout your life – from the teen years to the post-menopausal years – is our specialty.

Our Dental Team provides preventative services, examinations, x-ray services, periodontal evaluation and treatment, fluoride treatments, and teeth cleaning. Selective root canal treatment and endodontic surgery. Our Dentists are committed to extending services to our school based sites by providing dental assessments and oral hygiene instructions. Our team also does speaking presentations for career day programs and at our health fairs. Several of our providers are fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. We accept most insurance plans, as well as a sliding fee scale program.

Our chiropractors can help relieve neck and back pain through manual manipulation of the spine. As one of the alternatives to pain-relieving drugs, chiropractic treatment may also help with other musculoskeletal related pain. The ultimate goal of chiropractic care is to help relieve and manage pain. We offer weekday and weekend appointments.
